I am also a Notary Public which means I can notarize documents when you need certified copies of your original documents.
Certified copies of important documents such as your passport, birth certificate, marriage certificate, trade license or academic records (degree and transcripts) are often required when applying to school, for a job or a government application. Instead of sending your original document, a certified true copy (or “notarized copy”) may be acceptable.

You will need to bring the original document that is to be copied and notarized and your government issued photo identification such as a driver’s license or passport.
The fee is $40.00 which includes HST payable by cash only, or once you have booked an appointment, you can send payment in advance by e-transfer. The fee covers the first 2 documents, and $10.00 for each subsequent document.
Commissioner of Oaths
If you need to swear a document in front of a Commissioner of Oaths, I can help. You will need to bring the document to be signed in front of me and your government issued photo identification such as a driver’s license or passport.
The fee is $25.00 which includes HST payable by cash only, or once you have booked an appointment, you can send payment in advance by e-transfer. The fee covers the first 2 documents, and $10.00 for each subsequent document.
